1. About Installation
When installing, disassembling, wiring, and conducting maintenance and inspection of switches, please ensure that the power supply is turned off. Otherwise, it may cause electric shock or burning.
2. About Wiring Operations
Please do not perform wiring operations while the switch is powered on. In addition, please do not touch the live parts of the terminals when powered on. Otherwise, it may cause electric shock.
Please follow the correct usage method for wiring and welding operations. If the wiring or welding is poor, abnormal heating may cause burning during power on.
3. About Contact Load
Please select the appropriate switch rating based on the contact load. If a current exceeding the contact load is applied to the contact, it will cause fusion and movement of the contact, which may cause short circuits and burning losses.
4. Regarding the types of loads
Depending on the type of load, there may be significant differences in constant current and surge current as shown in the following figure. Please select the appropriate rated switch based on the type of load. The larger the surge current when closed, the greater the consumption and movement of the contact, which can cause fusion, movement, and may cause short circuit or burning of the contact.
5. About Using the Environment
Please do not use switches in environments with flammable or explosive gases. Due to the arc generated during switching and the heat generated by the switch, it may cause a fire or explosion.
6. On the Impact on Switching Individuals
Please do not drop or disassemble the switch. Otherwise, it may not only fail to meet its characteristics, but may also cause damage, electric shock, and burning.
7. Regarding durability (lifespan)
The durability (lifespan) of switches varies greatly depending on the switching conditions. When using, please be sure to confirm the actual equipment in the actual usage conditions and use it within the allowable switching frequency range of performance. If used continuously in a state of degraded performance, it may ultimately cause poor insulation, contact fusion, poor contact, and damage or burning of the switch itself.
